Capstone-Logistics,-LL is hiring General Laborers / On-Route Helpers in Round Rock, TX. You will assist the Driver on residential routes, loading trash, and maintaining safety and customer service standards. No diploma or prior experience required, and there is room for growth.

Qualifications

• No diploma or experience needed.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a fitness test is required.
• Consent to a background check.
• Consent to a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to work; carpooling encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver on designated routes by riding along and supporting.
• Load refuse, waste and poly carts; lift and carry bags to the truck.
• Ride on the vehicle to service residential customers on a route.
• Operate packing mechanism and controls for lifting and loading equipment.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and dispatchers.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials during collection.
• Uphold productivity standards for efficient service delivery.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
