Leadpoint is seeking a General Laborer / On-Route Helper in Lewisville, TX to assist drivers on residential routes. You will load waste, help guide the driver, and keep the vehicle and work area clean.

This is an entry-level, safety-oriented position with a morning shift and potential to grow within the company. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with health/dental/vision benefits after 60 days, PPE provided, weekly pay and accrued time off.

Qualifications

• No diploma or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver on designated routes by riding along and supporting.
• Load refuse and carry bags/containers to the truck for disposal.
• Operate packing mechanisms to lift and load materials.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, dispatchers and others to ensure timely service.
