Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking an entry-level General Laborer / On-Route Helper in Round Rock, TX. You will assist drivers on residential routes, loading waste and supporting service delivery with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• No diploma or experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass a fitness test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver on designated routes by riding along and providing support.
• Load refuse and containers from curb to truck and help with unloading.
• Work with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Operate loading controls and maintain safety while on route.
• Follow safety protocols and perform other duties as assigned.
