Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring entry-level General Laborers / On‑Route Helpers to assist drivers on Hutchins, TX routes. You will load waste, assist with unloading, and support safe, courteous service for residential customers along designated routes.

Requirements include being 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, passing a fitness test and drug screen; background check may be required. This safety-sensitive role offers weekly pay, PPE, and growth opportunities with a strong team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a fitness test is required.
• Consent to a background check – Leadpoint is a second‑chance employer.
• Consent to a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to get to work; carpooling and ride sharing are promoted.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver on designated routes by riding along and providing support.
• Climb on and off the vehicle to load refuse, waste and poly carts; lift and carry trash bags and containers to the truck for disposal.
• Ride on the vehicle to assist the driver while servicing residential customers.
• Operate packing mechanisms and controls to activate lifting and loading equipment.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure timely, thorough, and exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor waste for any unacceptable materials during collection.
• Uphold productivity standards to ensure efficient service delivery to all customers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Fulfill other duties and tasks as assigned.
