Qualifications

• DOT compliance knowledge required.
• Ability to operate a UPS package car safely.
• MDST certification held or obtainable within the designated timeframe.
• Bachelor’s Degree or internationally comparable degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-road employees to maximize efficiency and ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Develop and implement work plans, review processes, and monitor costs against budget.
• Apply policies and procedures to operations and support center proficiency.
• Lead development of performance plans and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain health and safety plan and conduct risk audits.
• Support workforce planning and identify training needs for continuous development.
