Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking an On-Road Operations Supervisor in California to lead the on-road driver and support teams for the PACE program. You will guide route development, training, and performance checks to ensure safe, timely transportation services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience, CDL A/B with P endorsement, and bilingual English/Spanish, with a focus on coaching, scheduling, and safety compliance to deliver high-quality community transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing, supervising, and/or training on-road staff.
• Experience developing on-road driver training programs and/or manuals.
• Experience with monitoring radio communications, surveillance equipment (GPS, etc.), and coaching staff.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-road driver and support teams for the PACE program to ensure safe, timely transportation.
• Develop and adjust on-road route structures; provide training to new and existing staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage of all on-road shifts with Dispatch Supervisor.
• Review required documentation and ensure daily operating performance and safety standards are met.
