Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA to plan, organize, and coordinate daily transportation for PACE participants. You will collaborate with the transportation clerk, dispatcher, and driver to ensure timely transportation services.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of coordinating experience, and healthcare experience. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese) are preferred, with a valid BLS certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience coordinating a program.
• Experience in healthcare or geriatrics is required.
• Electronic Health Records preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location, preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily transportation services of AltaMed PACE participants.
• Works with Transportation clerk, dispatcher, and driver to schedule transportation needs.
