Pernod Ricard USA is seeking an On Premise Market Manager to drive our portfolio strategy across a defined geography. You will lead market execution, partner with distributor leadership and internal teams, and use data to identify opportunities and deliver results.

You will build strong relationships with distributors, align with regional priorities, and oversee pricing, programs, and performance updates. This role offers a hybrid work model and a path for growth within a global premium spirits

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using data tools to drive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local market-level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and execution of brand standards.
• Leverage data & analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs.
