Job summary

Red Bull North America (RBNA) seeks a strategic leader to drive distributor alignment and execute the annual business plan across OnP routes. You will lead cross-functional efforts with HQ, region teams, brokers and distributor sales personnel to ensure targets are met.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and ongoing communication with distributors to optimize market coverage and program execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of sales experience in CPG/FMCG or foodservice.
Distributor and Broadline distributor experience preferred.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Develops communication processes to align strategies, initiatives and targets with distributors.
Maintain continual communication with distributor leadership to assess progress against strategy.
Drive best-in-class execution of annual business plans through OnP distributor routes to market.
Cultivate relationships with distribution management to execute business plans and key objectives.
Establish go-to-market strategy including pricing alignment and VIP program status.
Monitor performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights to HQ & Region.
Lead training and collaboration initiatives with DP sales teams and broker partners.
Represent RBNA in field with On-Premise teams to develop programs and targets.
