Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Director, On Premise Distribution to lead the regional distributor network and drive RBNA initiatives. You will coach OPDMs, align with distributor partners, and develop regional business plans to expand market reach and improve KPI execution.

The role requires 7+ years in sales within CPG/beverage, strong leadership, and expertise in DSD. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the CPG/beverage industry.
• Distributor and supplier management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the On Premise channel and distributor operations.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams; 4+ years of people leadership preferred.
• Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) networks.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using analytics to drive decisions and performance.
• Experience developing and executing sales and trade marketing strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with results-oriented approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create alignment with distributor partner network and RBNA across departments.
• Develop annual business plans with KPIs and monthly scorecard reviews.
• Maintain BI knowledge and leverage analytics to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Assess regional route-to-market strategies and optimize distributor networks.
• Lead team-based training and development for OPDMs and foster accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration to align strategies with market execution.
