Qualifications

• Outstanding sales experience in Consumer Product Goods and/or FMCG.
• Experience with distributor networks and trade channels.
• Proven ability to teach, develop, and manage distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead RBNA strategy with distributors and align on annual business plans.
• Develop and manage distributor relationships to execute CP sales plans.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver on KPIs.
• Oversee budget tracking and VIP program adherence.
