Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative for the Downtown Milwaukee area. The role focuses on cultivating and growing account relationships, maximizing sales of beer, wine and spirits through effective planning, selling execution and communication.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Must have strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with established routing patterns.
• Analyzes account base and identifies opportunities; completes surveys and ensures national account compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations and promotes products and promotions.
• Maintains product levels in accounts and restocks shelves where allowed.
• Educates account staff on priority brands via staff training seminars.
• Manages account receivables and communicates on aged receivables.
