Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow On-Premises Infrastructure Engineer in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on architecture, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform hosted within a local data center or secured private cloud.

You will manage underlying OS, databases, and network components to ensure security, high availability, and compliant operations in air-gapped environments. A TS clearance and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 2+ years managing ServiceNow in self-hosted/on-premises environments.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/CI poly.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and provision ServiceNow application servers and databases in on-premise environments.
• Manage ServiceNow mid-servers and underlying OS hosting the stack.
• Administer relational databases with clustering, backups, and DR processes.
• Plan upgrades, patches, and hotfixes for self-hosted ServiceNow instances.
• Configure load balancers, proxies, and firewalls to meet security requirements.
• Monitor performance and scale resources to meet mission demands.
• Coordinate with teams on AI initiatives and incident management.
