Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a ServiceNow On-Premise Infrastructure Engineer in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on architecture, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of the self-hosted ServiceNow environment, including underlying OS, databases, and network components.

The candidate will upgrade systems, manage mid-servers, and ensure high availability in secured environments, collaborating on AI initiatives and complex security requirements. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT infrastructure experience with at least 2+ years managing ServiceNow in a self-hosted/on-premises architecture.
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain SCI/CI poly.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and provision ServiceNow application servers and database servers in on-premise or secure environments.
• Manage ServiceNow mid-servers within on-premise environments.
• Maintain underlying OS hosting the ServiceNow stack and related components.
• Administer relational databases including clustering, backups, performance tuning, and DR processes.
• Plan and execute ServiceNow version upgrades, patching, and hotfixes with minimal downtime.
• Configure load balancers, reverse proxies, and firewalls; ensure compliance with security frameworks.
• Monitor performance and scale resources to meet mission needs.
• Collaborate with team handling AI initiatives to support automated incident response.
