Job summary

Chenega MIOS seeks a ServiceNow On-Premises Infrastructure Engineer to architect, deploy, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform hosted in a private data center or secure cloud. This role emphasizes managing the underlying OS, databases, and network topology to ensure security and high availability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of on-prem ServiceNow experience, strong scripting, and DB administration skills, with a focus on enterprise IT security and rapid response capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure experience, 2+ years managing ServiceNow on-premises.
• Active TS clearance with SCI/CI poly ability.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and provision ServiceNow application servers and databases in on-premises or air-gapped environments.
• Manage and maintain underlying OS hosting ServiceNow stack.
• Administer relational databases including clustering, replication, backups, and DR.
• Plan and execute ServiceNow version upgrades, patching, and hotfixes.
• Configure load balancers, reverse proxies, and firewalls; ensure compliance with security frameworks.
