Job summary

Proscia is seeking a Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of on-prem deployments at customer sites. You will manage container-based stacks, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize AI-driven workflows in clinical and research environments.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to drive product improvements and develop robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying and operating containerized apps in production.
• Strong Linux systems expertise including networking, storage, and performance.
• Expert troubleshooting across application, container, and infrastructure layers.
• Experience with enterprise networking and on-prem environments.
• Experience supporting data-intensive systems and AI workloads.
• Familiarity with observability practices and pragmatic monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Proscia’s container-based application stack in on-premise customer environments.
• Own system reliability across customer installations, including uptime, performance, backup/recovery, and upgrade workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents with deep root cause analysis across app, container, host, storage, and networking layers, using AI-assisted debugging.
• Optimize performance for large image datasets and AI workloads on customer-managed compute infrastructure.
• Improve installation automation, configuration management, and repeatability across diverse environments.
• Develop and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting patterns for customer-hosted deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to translate field learnings into product improvements.
• Create operational playbooks with clear structure for teammates and customers.
