Job summary

Phaidra is hiring a Customer Reliability Engineer to own technical relationships across a portfolio of deployed sites. You will monitor Prism Insights, triage facility anomalies, and work with cross-functional teams to keep sites healthy and drive adoption of Phaidra’s AI-powered control platform.

Based in the USA with a 100% remote model, you will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, PMs, and account executives to translate customer needs into product requirements and scalable

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chiller plant fundamentals, configurations, and sequence of operations.
• Understanding of electrical power distribution systems.
• Understanding of applied thermodynamics for cooling systems, refrigeration systems, and hydronics.
• Experience designing, programming, or strong working knowledge of industrial and commercial control systems and protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Deep understanding of data center specific controls and cooling methodologies.
• Understanding the applications and control strategies of air side chilled water and direct expansion cooling systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate needs for software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, TPMs, Data Scientists, and Account Executives as the technical expert for customers.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and ensure post-implementation success.
• Use the platform to support projects and drive adoption across sites.
• Monitor Prism Insights, triage and diagnose facility issues.
• Travel to sites for training when required.
• Document findings and manage account portfolios weekly.
