Job summary

Voltage Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure production orders are prepared and ready before manufacturing begins. The role bridges Warehouse and Production, verifies raw materials, completes receipt transactions, and validates documentation.

You will work on the manufacturing floor, identify discrepancies, process barcode labels, and maintain accurate system records using SAP and MES.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to read part numbers, quantities, lot numbers and production docs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow standardized work instructions and procedures.
Ability to communicate discrepancies promptly to Production leadership.

Responsibilities

Material Receipt and Verification: receive raw materials, complete production receipt transactions, verify part numbers, quantities, and lot/batch numbers.
Production Order Readiness: ensure correct production order and documentation are available and accurate before start.
System Transactions and Traceability: use SAP, MES, PDA/scanners to complete production transactions and maintain traceability.
Barcode and Label Control: print and verify barcode labels for correct part number, lot, quantity, and production order.
Production Completion Support: notify leaders of unused or excess materials and reconcile materials used versus issued.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance: follow safety and quality procedures and escalate issues affecting product quality.
