Voltage Energy is seeking a hands‑on Production Coordinator to ensure materials are received, verified, and ready for production on the manufacturing floor. You will use SAP, MES, and PDA scanners to maintain traceability and escalate any discrepancies before start of production.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read complex production documents, and strong collaboration with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to accurately read and verify part numbers, quantities, lot/batch numbers, labels, and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Receive raw materials and verify against production orders and BOMs.
• Ensure correct production order and documentation are available before start.
• Use SAP, MES, PDA scanners to perform production transactions and maintain traceability.
• Print and verify barcode labels for production, ensuring accuracy of part numbers and batch data.
• Identify and escalate material shortages, discrepancies, or labeling issues before production begins.
• Support reconciliation of materials issued vs. used and maintain organized records.
