Job summary

Inox Solar Americas LLC is seeking a Production Team Leader in Greenville, NC. This hands-on role leads the production floor, coordinates operator activities, and supports the supervisor in achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in manufacturing, prior supervisory experience, and the ability to train and coach staff while maintaining strict SOP adherence on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean or 5S is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Production Operators during the assigned shift.
• Assign employees to stations based on requirements and qualifications.
• Monitor production activities and ensure procedures are followed.
• Communicate daily goals and expectations to the team.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new Operators.
