Inox Solar Americas in Greenville, NC is seeking an experienced Equipment Supervisor to lead the equipment maintenance team at our solar module manufacturing facility. The role focuses on keeping production equipment safe, reliable, and efficient, while driving TPM programs and equipment improvements.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage critical spare parts, and work with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and support production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of equipment maintenance in manufacturing with 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with solar module, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Knowledge of TPM and OSHA safety requirements.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English; Chinese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the equipment maintenance team and supervise daily operations.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance plans and TPM programs.
• Drive equipment upgrades, retrofit projects, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Monitor equipment performance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and reduce downtime.
• Ensure OSHA/EHS compliance and perform required inspections.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and safety stock levels with Procurement.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and EHS teams and support audits.
• Provide technical support with international teams and equipment suppliers.
