Job summary

Duracell is seeking a Process Engineer to own the elimination of losses for a designated production process on the plant floor. You will be the technical backbone, using data to identify where quality and reliability slip, then leading fixes from equipment standards to troubleshooting.

You will lead centerline setting, CI and loss-elimination projects, and capital executions, while standardizing work and training the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into prioritized actions.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and Statistical Process Control.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering of assigned equipment/processes.
• Lead root-cause resolution and defect elimination.
• Lead centerline setting and optimization.
• Lead CI and loss-elimination projects.
• Lead capital project execution.
• Lead standard work and SOP technical content.
• Lead startups and changes.
• Contribute to Process Reliability (PR) improvement.
