Job summary

Engineered Products is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive Lean initiatives on the floor, improve safety, quality, productivity, and costs. You will develop routing, work instructions, and process documentation while supporting new product introductions and collaborating across departments.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the manufacturing floor and close partnership with Operations and Design Engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-focused field.
  • 1–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
  • Experience with structural steel, roll forming, metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean initiatives and Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, productivity and costs.
  • Develop standardized processes, routings, and work instructions.
  • Support new product introductions and collaborate with Operations to improve performance.
  • Be highly hands-on with a strong presence on the factory floor.
