Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements and improve operations efficiency in the Electronics Department. You will collaborate with site leaders to implement continuous improvement, standard work, line balancing, and bottleneck removal to boost productivity.

The role focuses on establishing baselines, setting targets, and raising Overall Equipment Effectiveness while reducing waste and ensuring HSE compliance. A hands-on data-driven change agent is desired.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with SAP and Minitab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and operations efficiency in the Electronics Department.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement with site leaders.
• Lead standard work, line balancing, and bottleneck removal to increase productivity.
• Establish baseline, measures/targets, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Align with Business Excellence to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Gather and analyze manufacturing data to support data-driven solutions.
