Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Roswell, GA is seeking a Key Carrier for TJ Maxx to lead store operations on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. This role blends supervisory responsibilities with hands-on customer service, driving a positive shopping experience and coaching Associates.

You will support duty management, ensure policy adherence, and maintain safe, efficient store operations while collaborating with a team across roles to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
