Job summary

Kinney Drugs is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management on a shift basis. You may perform opening and closing procedures when management is away and supervise the store crew to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves representing management in customer service issue resolution and completing all mandatory training programs. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled).
• AS degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a related position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management on a shift basis.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up activities in the absence of management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
