Equinox in Miami Beach is seeking a proactive Retail Shop Manager-on-Duty to lead a dynamic sales team and deliver a premier customer experience. You will drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure brand standards are executed across merchandising and service.

The role requires a track record in retail leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability and the ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total store goal).
• Coaches and develops Shop Associates in selling tactics and key metrics.
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies and ensure team adherence.
• Assist with hiring, training and scheduling of Shop staff.
