Sofive Soccer Centers Hatfield is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations of the facility and ensure customer needs are met. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

You will supervise staff, schedule programs, respond to inquiries, uphold policies, manage inventory, and promote safety while delivering high-level service in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth operations and high customer service levels.
• Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies when necessary.
• Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
• Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
