Sofive is a growing startup operating 5-a-side soccer centers focused on accessibility and quality. We seek a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service across our Sofive Soccer Centers.

The role demands strong communication, leadership, and quick decision-making, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to maintain smooth operations and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth operations and high customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies as needed.
• Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
• Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
