Job summary

UNMH is seeking an experienced nursing administrator to assume primary responsibility for departments during assigned periods and act as on-site representative of administration. You will liaise with physicians, staff, patients and families to promote communication, problem solving and crisis management.

The role requires RN licensure in NM, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of related experience; leadership and CPR/BLS certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Program Graduate
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• RN in NM or per reciprocal agreement
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational structure and supervise staff.
• Coordinate communication among physicians, staff, patients and families.
• Report incidents to senior management and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead patient safety initiatives and crisis management.
• Coordinate with leadership and security during emergencies.
