Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a RN leader to oversee administrative and clinical functions across departments during assigned shifts in New Mexico. The role serves as on-site representative of administration and collaborates with physicians, staff, patients, families, and external entities to enhance communication, problem solving, and safety.

The position emphasizes supervision, liaison work, and participation in quality improvement while ensuring adherence to policies and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Essential: Program Graduate; Bachelor's Degree; Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate.
• RN licensure and active NM or reciprocal agreement as applicable.
• Bilingual abilities are not required but noted in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient organizational structure and supervise staff.
• Promote staff development and orientation for supervisory personnel.
• Contribute to department and hospital goals, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in committees and task forces for policy and quality improvement.
• Act as liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and outside agencies.
• Provide leadership to promote patient safety and staff satisfaction.
• Coordinate with leadership to initiate disaster and emergency responses.
• Assist staffing during units with critical levels and balance workload.
