Job summary

Glendale YMCA is seeking a Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee daily facility operations, staff accountability, and member service across shifts. The MOD ensures safety, policy compliance, and a positive member experience while coordinating with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of experience in customer service, facility operations, or staff supervision preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations during assigned shifts to ensure a safe, welcoming, clean, and professional environment.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for operational concerns, staff questions, member complaints, and facility issues.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently and conduct regular facility walkthroughs.
