HP is seeking a Technical Software Product Manager for on-device experiences to drive product strategy and execution across enterprise to consumer apps. You will own on-device AI agents that analyze behavior and telemetry to deliver proactive recommendations and improved device productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years shipping consumer or enterprise desktop software.
• Experience deploying on-device ML models and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and multi-year roadmap for the desktop optimization suite.
• Lead design and execution for on-device AI agents and hardware-aware features.
• Write PRDs for local ML models and specify reinforcement learning rewards.
• Define triggers for AI agents to proactively optimize performance.
• Ensure on-device inference runs with minimal power and no fan noise.
• Validate telemetry pipelines and monitor battery-saving metrics.
