Job summary

Soona Studios is seeking organized, tech-savvy Production Assistants to support studio teams on a contract basis. Engagements may be booked hourly or per project, with reliable transportation to Denver or Minneapolis studios.

Assist with prep, on-set needs, light styling, and post-production notes, while maintaining an efficient studio and warehouse space. The role is independent contractor, with compensation discussed prior to engagement and rates starting at $24/hr.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inventory management experience
• 1+ years of production experience (studio, film, photo/video)
• Strong organizational and systems thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working closely within a team

Responsibilities

• Prep product packages for shoots, including intake and organization of client products
• Support producers with on-set needs during live shoots
• Partake in light styling on set
• Maintain an organized studio and warehouse space, including light cleaning and bay setup/breakdown
• Communicate with clients during production
• Create detailed editing notes for post-production team
• Run business-related errands as needed
• Execute production tasks efficiently and professionally per Soona standards
• Adapt to changing processes and priorities with a positive attitude
