Job summary

Soona is seeking organized, tech-savvy Production Assistants to support our studio teams on a flexible, contract basis. Engagements may be booked hourly or per-project, with rates starting at $24/hr and on-demand scheduling.

Must have reliable transportation to Denver or Minneapolis studios and a proactive, team-oriented approach. As a Production Assistant, you will prep product packages, assist on-set, assist with light styling, and help maintain a clean, efficient studio and warehouse space.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inventory management experience.
• 1+ years of production experience in studio/film/photo.
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Reliable transportation to work at both Denver and Minneapolis studios.
• Google Suite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product packages for shoots, organizing client products.
• Assist producers with on-set needs during live shoots.
• Partake in light styling on set.
• Maintain an organized studio and warehouse, including light cleaning and setup/breakdown.
• Communicate with clients during production.
• Create detailed editing notes for the post-production team.
• Run business-related errands as needed.
• Execute tasks with efficiency and professionalism aligned with Soona standards.
• Adapt to changing processes and priorities with a positive attitude.
• Take on additional tasks to support the production team.
