Responsibilities include safely operating a step van, maintaining vehicle records, delivering on time, processing invoices, developing new business, and communicating policies and pricing to customers, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with varied client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills; able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate step van and deliver products on assigned route.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route to ensure timely deliveries and route growth.
• Load/unload product per policies.
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route profitability.
• Develop leads, solicit new business, and set up accounts.
• Communicate service policies and pricing to customers.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain safety and follow all work policies.
• Perform other duties within scope.
