Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Relief Customer Service Representative to build strong relationships with customers while striving to exceed sales goals. The role balances exceptional service with route growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate a step van, manage daily routes, load and unload products, review invoices, and develop new business opportunities. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience in customer service with a diverse client base.
• Strong math and basic computer skills required.
• Proven ability to generate new business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle to serve clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and maintain records.
• Manage daily route for on-time delivery.
• Load/unload products per policy.
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and grow route profitability.
• Develop leads and call prospects; assist in acquiring new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and perform other duties as needed.
