Vestis Corporation is seeking a Relief Customer Service Representative to build strong customer relationships, meet and exceed sales goals, and service a diverse client base across North America. The role involves driving a company step van, delivering products, and promoting route growth while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates will be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, strong math and computer skills, and proven customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, calls on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate them to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Prioritize personal safety and adhere to safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of activities.
