Axiom Technologies is a Global IT Services partner actively supporting medium- to large-scale enterprises. We are seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Parkersburg, WV.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops in a enterprise setting.
Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Basic understanding of LAN connectivity and network basics.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in on-site support environments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
