Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience.
• Experience with children and vulnerable populations is preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Onsite work in El Paso, Texas, on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and teams to deliver care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
• Provide coverage for scheduled shifts, vacations, or increased demand.
• Advocate for safety, well-being, and success of each child.
