Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent license in any US state/territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Onsite work in El Paso, Texas, as-needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
• Provide coverage for scheduled shifts, vacations, call-outs, or periods of increased program demand.
• Advocate for safety, well-being, and success of every child in care.
