Job summary

Target, a leading retail company, is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience by helping shoppers, greeting them, and guiding them through product and service options.

You will operate with a flexible schedule, picking up shifts via the myTime app as posted by leadership and teammates. Successful candidates will engage with guests, promote loyalty programs, and support store operations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and handle inquiries.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming guests and delivering service standards.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones to initiate warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag all guest items accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and other services to guests.
• Support fellow team members and adapt to store needs to maintain a positive environment.
