Training will be provided to ensure readiness for guest service duties. As a Guest Advocate, you will engage with guests, assist with purchases, and promote Target services and benefits, while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Capable of standing and moving in a retail environment.
