The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, being available for shifts as needed, and maintaining a friendly, efficient store environment. Training and orientation are provided to prepare for duties across guest services.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments (greet, assist, thank customers).
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Support peers, adjust to business needs, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate a service culture and follow Target’s policies and procedures.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
