Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide friendly, efficient service in-store. You will select shifts via the myTime app and may work variable hours based on store needs.

Attendance and participation are essential, with a minimum four hours every four weeks and active engagement in scheduling. Welcome orientation, short-term training, and ongoing support prepare you to help guests, explain services, and direct them to solutions while upholding Target's customer-first

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and peak times).

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft distances with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and direct guests to services and apps.
