Target is seeking a Guest Advocate for our stores. The On-Demand TM role lets you create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, while supporting guest experiences at checkout, services, and store operations.

Candidates should enjoy helping others, be flexible with hours including nights and weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by finding products and answering questions.
• Process transactions and returns with accuracy.
