Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests, provide friendly service, and help maintain store operations. This role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to contribute to a positive shopping experience.

As an On-Demand TM, you’ll create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with attendance and participation expectations to support store needs. Training is provided to prepare you for daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Willing to learn Target policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly assistance throughout the store.
• Assist guests with finding products and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash register and assist with basic checkout processes as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels to support smooth store operations.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and company policies in all duties.
