Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to ensure a welcoming experience.

• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to guests.
• Explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests with accuracy and courtesy.
