Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to help guests and support store operations. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or other team members via our myTime app.

If you pick up a shift, reliable attendance is expected, and you will attend a Welcome orientation to begin. As a Guest Advocate, you’ll assist guests, learn about Target services and loyalty options, scan and bag items, and keep the store clean and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest assistance and resolve questions.
• Explain store services, loyalty programs, and options.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Assist with drive-up, order pickup, and registry services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and stock supplies.
