Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with service needs in a fast-paced store setting. You will create a welcoming experience, assist with daily tasks, and promote store services.

The role requires reliability, attendance, and the ability to pick up shifts via the myTime app. As an On-Demand TM, you decide when to work within store needs, with attendance expectations and potential termination for non-response or lack of shifts.
